Data Management Analyst I
This position will be in support of the WR-ALC effort to capture and maintain the part indenture content represented in Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) technical orders for weapon systems managed by the Air Force. Duties include conversion and enhancement of part indenture data to facilitate creation of comprehensive, structured Bill of Material (BOM) data along with sustainment of such data. Operator monitors and operates computer to process data. Follows operating instructions to process data. Reviews query error messages and makes corrections during operations or refers to others. Operator may test run new or modified programs. Works under close personal supervision and is provided detailed written or oral guidance before and during assignments. As instructed, worker resolves common problems and may serve as an assistant operator working under close supervision or performing a portion of a more senior operator's work.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
HS diploma; Knowledge and understanding of AF Technical Orders, PCMS, JEDMICS and FTCS data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data enhancement tool sets: PCMS GUI, Automated Data Cleanup (ADC), Terminator, Abby Fine Reader, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
