The GBC provides colleagues from across the Aon network with access to specialist brokers and client managers, dedicated client solutions and thought leadership, and significant global insurance capacity. The GBC works with network colleagues to deliver market-leading solutions to Aon clients, creating a competitive advantage in our placement strategies worldwide. About the RoleEnsure timely processing of all risks so that data cleansing can start <30 days of inceptionAutomate, where possible, quality check procedures for all bordereaux managed by GBC with 95% target accuracyMonitor creation of e-documents in ECM to allow for digitisation of paper invoicesSupport data governance and exposure management lead in collaboration with vendors to increase data being auto-scraped by the AuDE tool to reduce manual data cleansingSupport data governance and exposure management lead in setting out expectations in vendor agreements for AuDE toolCollaborate with all GBC business units to ensure data being collected is relevant and accurate to use in benchmarkingProvide business units / teams with customised operational reports in PowerBIMonitor / manage access to data in line with GBC policiesPerform a data stewardship function for key reference data generated across the GBCAbout youAn Aon employee at this level would have 2 years of experienceExperience building relationships with business leaders in insurance and technology vendorsAbility to translate requests into data management processes to meet business needs Experience in defining and documenting high level and detailed business requirements and specificationsExcellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.Proven analytical skills and ability to identify & implement efficiencies.Ability to think through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner.Ability to work in fast paced environment collaboratively or autonomously as determined by dynamic projects and workload.Salary and BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
